“The tension between organizations optimized for predictability and the unpredictable world they inhabit has reached a breaking point.” responsive.org

We, therefore, need new ways of doing business if we want to create innovative and sustainable solutions for the 21st century. In this experience-based workshop, we are looking at the interplay of organizational structures, sustainability, mindset and change management. The focus is on how meaningful structures can be created so that both individual and collective potential can be unfolded to allow innovative solutions for sustainable development to emerge.

The participants learn how mindset, organizational structures, and purpose interrelate, what new understanding of collaboration is essential and how a transformation towards networked systems can be promoted. The key concepts we will be using are the following:
  • Theory U by Otto Scharmer
  • Teal Organizations by Frédéric Laloux
  • Radical Collaboration by Jim Tamm
