After having worked in various positions for more than 20 years, I've founded in 2019 my own company Enteka GmbH for cristallising great ideas and projects and contribute to the global transformation as executive coach, facilitator & consultant. I'm particularly interested in mindful leadership practice, participatory change processes, strategy development, management of non-profits and foundations.
